There are two different kinds of classes the budget carrier provides its passengers based on their needs and funds.

Economy Class

Tickets for economy class are reasonably priced to suit the budget of travellers. The Go First online booking in the economy offers good service with certain benefits.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Baggage Allowance

The airline removed some baggage weight restrictions to make travel easier for its passengers. Hand luggage is limited to 7kg in economy class on domestic flights and foreign flights. 

For domestic flights, the check-in luggage cannot exceed 15 kg and 32kg for international flights. The airline permits passengers to carry a women's handbag or small laptop bag under 3kg and a 100ml liquid container in a transparent 1 Litre plastic bag. 

Business class hand luggage is limited to 7kg and the check-in baggage cannot exceed 35kg. An infant travelling is allowed up to 7kg of luggage in both economy and business class.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Web Check-In and Boarding Pass

For domestic flights within India, web check-in is open 72 to 01 hours before departure, and for international sectors, it's open 48 to 02 hours before departure. 

When travellers use the web check-in, they can circumvent the long lines at the airport, choose their seats in advance, and save time even if they don't have any bags to check. 

Passengers should expect to receive their boarding passes in the mail six hours before their flight leaves. This process is exclusive to the official website.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines In-flight Services

Passengers can indulge their appetites while on the flight by pre-ordering their favourite snacks online or selecting from the freshly prepared menu on board. A variety of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain snacks are available for passengers to choose from with their Go First flight booking.

Meals can be pre-purchased by customers when they do their Go First ticket booking or even before boarding. The customers can select from Jain, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian sandwiches, each of which comes with a pre-determined drink.

Go First Frequent Flyer Programmes: GoStar, GoSME & GoMore

The GoStar Programme is an initiative offered by GoFirst Airlines. Customers of the budget airline have the ability to purchase GoMore fares and get a vacant middle seat available to them.  Only the first two rows are eligible for the GoMore benefit. The GoMore feature can be purchased by the customer, which will reserve the middle seat for them. 

All of the terms and conditions that are applicable to the Economy class fare will also apply to the GoMore fare without exception. There will be no additional baggage allowance, meals, or any other services provided other than those already mentioned. The domestic baggage allowance is one piece of twenty kg, and the international baggage allowance is two pieces of forty-six kg, each weighing twenty-three kg.

Passengers have the ability to cancel their flight reservations by using the airline's website or by contacting the sales office. In the event of a cancellation, an appropriate cancellation fee will be assessed.
