AirAsia online check-in allows passengers to save time and avoid standing in long lines at the airport. Passengers can save time and stress at the airport by printing their boarding cards in advance. Meals can be ordered in advance up to 24 hours before departure. Children between the ages of 12 and 16 who are travelling without an adult are expected to present themselves at the airport's check-in booth.

AirAsia Frequent Flyer Programme: Freedom Flyer

The loyalty plan offered by the airline is called the AirAsia Freedom Flyer plan and is meant to give incentives to customers for travelling with the airline. There are four tiers of membership in the loyalty programme, each with its own set of benefits and perks for frequent flyers. Spending, rather than distance, is used to calculate a passenger's point total while using the airline. Customers can earn extra AirAsia Miles for every dollar spent on airfare. Membership status is assessed annually at the end of the calendar year if the person travelling is not a co-brand card holder. The number of QFSs flown during the membership year will be used for the evaluation.

Except for Airasia ticket booking with the Miles, Qualifying Flown Sectors must be earned on flights operated by the airline. Membership is also determined by the total number of Flown Qualifying Sectors. The number of Qualifying Flown Sectors will be reset to zero at the beginning of each membership year.

AirAsia On-board Support

Air Asia flights accommodate passengers with disabilities and other special requirements. Airport ground staff will help you with a wheelchair or check-in if you need it.  Special Assistance / Wheelchair Service must be reserved at the time of booking or through My Bookings no less than 4 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart.
